     Sweetbriar Homes takes pride in thier work; we will be there to communicate with you and to over see all aspects of construction.  Sweetbriar has worked hard on references and we do most of the final phases of construction ourselves - interior trim, cabinet installation, and tiling to name a few.  We use long standing sub-contractors that have worked for us for years, who are screened to our standards and are fully insured.

Sweetbriar Homes will warranty all work completed, and be there for any questions that may arise.
